Postnatal Support Services

I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to talk openly about your feelings. Whether it’s birth debriefing, worries about your baby, or the weight of expectations, I’ll listen and help you find clarity and calm.
Emotional Support
How can I support you?
Bringing a new baby home is joyful, but it can also feel overwhelming — especially if you’re recovering from birth, your partner is going back to work, and family support isn’t close by.
That’s where I come in. As your postnatal doula, I offer calm, reassuring support for both your practical needs (rest, recovery, household tasks, baby care) and your emotional needs (a safe space to talk, process your birth, and feel less alone).
My role is to walk alongside you, helping you feel more confident, rested, and connected as you adjust to life with your baby.
£20 per hour with a 2 hour minimum
Baby care
I can look after your baby so you can nap, shower, or eat in peace, knowing they are safe and cared for.
Practical help
Light household tasks such as tidying, laundry or hoovering so you feel like you are not drowning. I can do cooking and meal prep so you feel nourished and you can focus on your recovery and bonding with your baby.
Confidence building and companionship
I’ll answer your “is this normal?” questions, provide gentle guidance, and encourage you to trust your instincts as a parent. Sometimes, what matters most is simply having someone by your side who understands the emotional ups and downs of new motherhood.
Emma provided exceptional support during my postnatal journey. The guidance and care made all the difference for my family and me.
