Birth Doula

Practical, emotional and educational support before, during and after your birth.

During labour and birth

I will be on call from 38 weeks until your babies arrival. Once your active labour begins I will join you and be by your side to support you and your birth partner and will be there until your baby arrives. Once your baby is here i will stay to help you settle, protecting your golden hour and support establishing early breastfeeding.

Postnatal support

I offer 2 postnatal visits to offer a space to celebrate and reflect on your birth experience. I can offer practical support to help you adjust to life with a baby and offer guidance and recommendations on postnatal support services should you need them.

I will be available via whatsapp for 6 weeks post birth to answer any questions or offer any advice so you feel confident you have my support.
