Emma was such a great help in those early days postpartum. She was warm and nice to chat to as well as helping with a range of things depending what support I needed. As each day is different she adapted and used her initiative to do whatever was required. It was perfect to be able to have a shower, get a hot coffee and have a tidy kitchen and have the toddler entertained and the baby cared for during this time. I definitely would recommend Emma as a post- natal doula for extra support and breathing space.

What do you offer?
I offer a variety of different packages to suit the level of support you need. If something doesn't quite suit then lets work together to build a package which reflects what you need.
Where do you work?
I serve families across Somerset, Wiltshire and North Dorset. Some of the places i work are Frome, Bristol, Bath, Devizes, Shepton Mallet, Westbury, Warminster and Yeovil and anywhere up to an hour from Frome.
How can a doula help?
A doula offers emotional support, practical assistance, and guidance for new parents, fostering a positive postpartum experience. What many families find harder to access is consistent support from someone who really gets to know them throughout pregnancy and is there around the time their baby arrives. That's where a doula can make all the difference.
A big part of my work is making that support accessible for families. Support that's local, flexible and centred around you. In your home, on your schedule, with care that fits around your life and not the other way around.
Do you provide overnight support?
Yes, I offer overnight doula assistance to help parents rest while caring for the baby. I do have limited availability for this so please do contact me to find out more.
