These birth preparation sessions are design to give you personalised guidance to help you feel informed and excited for your new arrival. We have two 2 hour sessions filled with information so you feel excited, informed and empowered about your birth.
Where will they take place?
These sessions can be delivered online so you can be in the comfort of your own home or in person if located near Frome.
Investment?
The cost of a 2 x 2 hour birth preparation sessions is £120.
In the session I had with Emma before my elective C-section, she provided me with the knowledge and insight about the procedure and my choices during the birth. Previously feeling very apprehensive and anxious, I felt well informed and reassured and well prepared for what was to come. I learnt there were options and choices that I had not been aware of and that I could tailor my birth experience to my needs and ideals far more than expected. Emma is warm and empathetic and very supportive and respectful of my anxieties and wishes helping me feel reassured about the birth and resulting in a positive birth experience.

Yes, depending on availability I can offer overnight assistance to help parents rest while caring for the baby. Please get in touch to find out more.

I completed my training with Developing Doulas in 2025.
