Hey, I'm Emma
I'm a certified birth and postnatal doula. I support mum's as they embark on the beautiful, life-changing experience of motherhood, whether its your first rodeo or you are going from 1 -2 or 2-3 or even more. It can feel exhausting, emotional, and sometimes a little overwhelming. I offer support from pregnancy through birth preparation sessions, in person doula support for homebirth and hospital births. I offer postnatal support giving you gentle, nurturing support as you adjust to life with your new baby. My role is to make your early weeks feel a little lighter — whether that means a listening ear, a warm meal, practical help around the house, or simply space to rest and recover.

Emma's antenatal support ahead of my elective C section was invaluable in helping me feel calm ahead of our arrival of twins. Having not experienced a C-section before the tips she provided helped me stay calm in the hospital. Afterwards she supported us postnatally to help us adjust to a new routine with twins and a toddler.
